Bio: Kang Daniel (강다니엘) is a South Korean singer born on December 10, 1996 in Busan. He was born as Kang Eui-geon (강의건), but legally changed his name due to his family and relatives having difficulty pronouncing his birth name. In 2017, he was a contestant on the second season of Produce 101 (프로듀스 101) and joined the boy band Wanna One (워너원). Prior to appearing on Produce 101, Daniel appeared on Her Secret Weapon as a backup dancer for Fiestar's Cao Lu during her performance of "Invitation" by Uhm Jung-hwa.
